Peri-peri or “chilli chilli” sauce has its origins in African – Portuguese Cuisine (featuring the African Bird’s Eye Chilli). This blend of hot chillies and spices is mainly used as a marinade for chicken and in seafood.

- Classic peri-peri sauce for marinades or to serve on the side for chicken, fish, prawns and lamb. Combine 5ml (or to taste) Due North Peri-Peri concentrate, 10ml olive oil, 10ml butter and 10ml lemon juice . Heat gently and stir to blend Enjoy!
- Add to yoghurt marinades for fish and chicken.
- Delicious added to pan fried chicken livers.
