A rich, fiery, exotically flavoured sauce made from mango, Manuka blend honey and Northland grown chillies.

Drizzle over meats, quiche or raw oysters or serve alongside cheese and crackers.

Great as marinade too when combined with our 90 Mile Sweet Capsicum Sauce.

Ingredients: Mango (44%), Cider Vinegar, Onion, Carrot, Manuka Blend Honey (2%), Lime Juice, Raw Sugar, Chilli, Salt, Vit C, Garlic, Xanthan Gum (maize).
