Due North sauces, vinaigrettes and oils, made in Kaitāia using local ingredients, include Sweet Capsicum, a bold brew with a dash of chilli (try it on roasted veggies, salads and as a marinade); Tamarillo Vinegar – ace in a salad dressing or with seafood; and Lime and Horopito infused olive oil, with Karikari Peninsula extra virgin olive oil infused with horopito, Jamaican limes and makrut limes.
