Due North Dukkah

A unique Afronesian sprinkle from a traditional North African recipe that uses a rich blend of spices combined with Northland macadamias and native flax seeds (Harakeke).

Use as a dip with one of our olive oils, sprinkle over pasta, fish, meats, salads and vegetables, or use in cream cheese or sour cream as a topping.

(Also known as Duqqa, dukka, du’ah, do’a)

Ingredients: Macadamia nut (47%), Pumpkin seed (23%), Sesame seed (18.5%), Coriander seed (4.5%), Cumin seed (4.5%), Salt, Harakeke seed (0.5%) and Spices.
